Trip Introduction
The Everest Three High Pass Trek is a spectacular adventure offering panoramic views of Everest and surrounding Himalayan peaks. This trek takes you above 5,000 meters while crossing three iconic passes—Kongma-La, Cho-La, and Renjo-La—blending the natural beauty of glaciers, alpine lakes, and high mountains with the vibrant Sherpa culture.
The adventure begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, followed by trekking through picturesque farm villages like Ghat, Phakding, and Monjo, set amidst rhododendron, oak, magnolia, and pine forests. Along the way, you’ll visit Sherpa villages, experiencing their colorful culture and Buddhist customs, with rest and acclimatization days in Namche Bazaar and short hikes to nearby viewpoints.
The trek continues through Thyangboche Monastery, the last green forest before entering the arid, glacial landscapes. You’ll cross Kongma-La to reach Everest Base Camp, traverse Cho-La to the stunning Gokyo Lakes, and finally cross Renjo-La to reach the quiet village of Thame. Returning through Namche Bazaar, the journey concludes in Lukla with a scenic flight back to Kathmandu, leaving you with memories of a lifetime and the ultimate high-altitude Himalayan adventure.
